Let us arrange and cater for your anniversary, birthday, getaway with workmates, friends or family amongst spectacular natural scenery. 
Our chef will devise a menu for you all to enjoy.  A sample is attached below.  All you have to do is pack your esky and enjoy a memorable day out.

Sample Group Party Menu

MORNING TEA
Assortment of homemade cakes and pastries served with tea and coffee
LUNCH
Rolled pork loin with roasted potatoes, pumpkin and baked apple with a sage sage and onion sauce AND/OR
Roast leg of lamb seasoned with rosemary and garlic with roast potato and pumpkin, served with a cumberland sauce
Served with herb or garlic bread, seasonal vegetables and salad
Cold Tapas plate consisting of turkey breast and cranberry jelly, olives, smiked trout, sundried tomatoes, ham, marinated artichoke hearts, soy sauce chicken, marinated mushrooms, prawns and oysters with a homemade seafood sauce.
DESSERT
Individual sticky date puddings served with brandy custard and King Island Cream
AFTERNOON TEA
Fruit and cheese platter
Fresh fruit, continental cheeses, crackers and nuts
